Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
1. Introduction
EasyCGPA respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how we handle claims of copyright infringement and how to report such claims.

- Description: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
- Location: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our site
- Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

4. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material about the removal
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
- Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notice
5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

- Description: A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Consent to Jurisdiction: Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, EasyCGPA has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
7. False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
8. Our Content and Intellectual Property
All content on EasyCGPA, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of EasyCGPA or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
9. User-Generated Content
Users may not upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
